Rental Agreement

EQUIPMENT CHECK-IN TIME: 10:00 A.M.

ONE DAY EARLY PICK-UP RENTAL: Pick-up after 3 p.m. the day before production and return before 10 a.m. the day after production.

ONE DAY STANDARD RENTAL: Pick-up on production day as
early as 8 a.m. and return before 10 a.m. the day after production.

ONE WEEK RENTAL: Rent one full week (7 days) and pay for 3 days. pickup/return must be within the 7 days

INSURANCE: Customers must show evidence of insurance coverage by
providing a Certificate of Insurance listing Ron Hill Imagery(RHI).
, as “loss payee or certificate holder and additional insured “with appropriate terms
and conditions(liability & inland marine insurance for the value of the item’s replacement cost. In lieu of a properly executed certificate, for equipment with a replacement value under $2000.00 the customer must make a deposit of the equipment’s replacement cost. This will be refunded within 7 business days after item is returned.

SHIPPING POLICY: Customers are responsible for door-to-door shipment of RHI equipment. Pick-up/delivery may be provided at additional charge. Rental days are calculated from date of departure to date of arrival, point-to-point. Rental charges will continue to accrue while equipment is in transit, including third-party storage, handling delays, and
other transportation activities. A two day minimum rental will be charged.
If a shipment is lost in transit the client will be held responsible for each additional day until the equipment is returned.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Terms and conditions are stated in full on the
“RHI Rental Contract.” The customer, or his designated signatory, is responsible for reviewing these terms. A signature acknowledges compliance and agreement and shall include any amendments to each contract.

CANCELLATION POLICY:Our Rental Technicians will assemble, test,
package, and reserve this equipment custom for you. If RHI is given less than than a 24 hours cancellation notice then a full-half days rental charge of the equipment package will accrue.

DAMAGED OR MISSING:The client is responsible to confirm with RHI technician that equipment is fully operational before it leaves our office. If an Item is found to be in non/working condition when a client arrives on set. They must immediately call RHI to report any damage and make arrangements to return /replace equipment to RHI.
